The supplement takes effect immediately (within about 30 minutes) and is effective for four to six hours. To get the most out of it we recommend being in an environment conducive to getting work done.

NOOreset: Take two capsules, as needed, up to 60 minutes before going to bed. The supplement will help your body maintain a deeper state of sleep. To get the most out of it we recommend combining it with a vegetable-rich diet and meditation.

    NOOstart: L-Theanine (200 mg)

Responsible for the calming effect in green tea. L-Theanine reduces overstimulation – the jitters – to enhance your mental clarity. (1) (2)

    NOOstart: CDP Choline (500 mg)

Found in every cell in the body and naturally sourced from eggs. CDP Choline fuels the brain to improve focus and mental energy. (3) (4)

    NOOstart: Hordenine (50 mg)

A natural extract found in barley sprouts. Hordenine acts to support the adrenal system in the body and extend the life of coffee. (5)

    NOOstart: Vitamin B6 (100 mg)

An essential nutrient to the body. Vitamin B6 is widely associated with cognitive performance, mental energy, and mood. (6) (7)

    NOOstart: Theacrine (100 mg)

    NOOreset

Did you know that caffeine naturally takes up to 24 hours for the body to entirely break down a standard cup of coffee? You read that correctly. Most of us are what we call “caffeinated sleepers”.

With a third of American’s suffering from insufficient sleep, we decided to do something about it.

NOOreset helps your body process caffeine faster using an enzyme promoting plant extract, Rutacarpine, while also replenishing the nutrients absorbed from a productive day, getting your body and mind reset for the day ahead.
